Rick focuses his practice in personal injury, criminal defense, sports and entertainment law, business and contract, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation matters. Rick heads BenePartum's Personal Injury and Criminal Defense practice areas.

Rick received his Bachelor's degree from Eastern Washington University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law. Away from the office, Rick enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with his family.
